She is survived by: her children, Wayne Tajiri (Kay) of Hilo, Jo-Ann Hirako (Norman) of Hilo and Shirley Takaesu of Wailuku, Maui. She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nephews and nieces.
