He is survived by: his children, Michael Kelly, Jr. of Hilo, Mark Kelly (Maria) of Concord, California and Maureen Kelly of Paauilo; and his siblings, King Kelly of Nelsonville, Shayne Kelly of Lancaster, Thomas Kelly (Marie) of Canyonville, Patrick Kelly (Debra) of The Plains, Timothy Kelly (Christina) of Nelsonville, Shawn Kelly of Newark, Daniel Kelly of Logan, Ohio and Sheila Strosnider (Bill) of West Virginia. He is also survived by two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
