She is survived by: her husband Franklin Valdez of Hilo, HI; her daughter Lynda Mauliola Valdez; her brother Lon Ian Akiona (Sally) of Bluffdale, UT; and her children, Waiahuli Akau of Hilo, HI, Bryson Alameda Anzai of Hilo, HI and Chris Alameda Anzai of Hilo, HI. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
