He was predeceased by: his siblings, Daria Askegaard and Mark Waller. He is survived by: his sibling Valley; his wife Nancy Goodrich; his daughter Tara Waller; and his brothers, Waldo and Brian Waller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and a multitude of loving friends.
