Kenji is survived by: wife Sumiko Kajiwara of Hilo; daughters, Karen Kajiwara-Nelson (Ben Nelson) of North Dakota and Wendy Jenkins (Eben) of Oregon; and grandchildren, Nathaniel Cinnamon, Hailey Nelson, Wyatt Nelson, Elise Jenkins and Aaron Jenkins. Kenji is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
