She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Ann Ikeda (Susumu) of Hilo, Gweyn Eckart of Hilo and Iris Makin (James "Tiger") of Hilo; her sister Haruye Hagiwara of Kaneohe; and her sisters-in-law, Mildred Murakami of Hilo, Marge Kanemitsu of Hilo and Myrtle Chiseko Nakasato (Oahu) of Kailua. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
