We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2019, at the age of 83, Karl Komao Kawahara (Hilo, Hawaii), born in Holualoa, Hawaii passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Kim Raymond (Ben) of Hilo and Keith Kawahara (Linda) of Honolulu; and his sister Tomie Ahn of Kalaoa, Kona. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
