It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacklyn Miyasaki (Hilo, Hawaii), born in Salinas, California, who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Borcich and Ruth Borcich; her brother Loren Borcich; her daughter Christine Graham; and her siblings-in-law, George Miyasaki, June Fukumitsu and Lorraine Obayashi.

She is survived by: her husband Edwin Miyasaki of Hilo, HI; her son Richard; her daughter-in-law Annamarie Miyasaki of San Jose, CA; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law John Braasch of Salinas, CA; her grandson Aaron Braasch of Salinas, CA; her sister Barbara Osentowski of Livermore, CA; and her sister-in-law Violet Machida of Honolulu, HI.
