Isao is survived by: children, Joy Fukuoka (Renald) of Wailuku and Neal Nakagawa (Jen) of Hilo; and brother Yoshimasa Nakagawa (Akiyo) of Hilo. Isao is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
