He is survived by: his children, Patricia "Trisha" Pacheco-Kaniho of Hilo, Shane Pacheco of Modesto, Norman Apana and Vernon Kaniho (Tyra) of Hilo; and his siblings, Claire Pacheco Mays of Kansas City, Missouri and Brian Pacheco of Hilo. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
