Hanako Yugawa Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2023, Hanako Yugawa of Hilo, Hawaii passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Hanako is survived by: children, Corinne Higa (Harold) of Hawi, Joye Goo (Marcus) of Hilo, Craig Yugawa (Andrea) of Mountain View, Clayton Yugawa (Susan) of Hilo, Glenn Yugawa of Keaau and Duane Yugawa (Amy) of Hilo; and siblings, Tomoo Uyeno, Kenneth Uyeno of Honolulu, Amy Nelson of Hilo, Tatsue Walker of North Carolina and Jacqueline Nakano (Walter) of Las Vegas. Hanako is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
