He is survived by: his wife Thelma Kurokawa of Hilo; his sons, Gary Kurokawa of Honolulu and Kevin Kurokawa Hilo (Wendy Miyao); his grandchildren, Jordan Kurokawa of Honolulu, Kian Kurokawa of Hilo and Kailee Kurokawa of Hilo; and his siblings, Ronald Kurokawa (Etsuko) of Hilo and Elsie Asakura (Richard) of Kona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
