As we bid Glenn Takao farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Glenn Takao is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Leola Pavao Shiraishi of Hilo; his daughter Nicole Shiraishi of Hilo; his grandchildren, Whisper-Reighn Davis Shiraishi and Jerneigh-Rae Davis Shiraishi; his sister Wendy Shiraishi of Honolulu; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Mae Pavao of Honolulu, Mokihana Pavao, Brenda Domingo (Romero) of Kalapana, Edwin Pavao, Jr. of Pepeekeo and Russell Paio (Tonia) of Kona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
