He is survived by: his wife Odetta Newcomb Tomas of Hilo; his children, Eric Tomas (Ilima) of Las Vegas and Debbie Walker of Wailuku; his siblings, Eddie Tomas of Honolulu, Julio Tomas (Janet) of Mountain View, Jaime Tomas (Mary) of Hilo, Raphael Tomas (Bernie) of Hilo, Aggie Maikui (Eben) of Honolulu and Helen Latorre of Honolulu; his sisters-in-law, Linda Tomas of Honolulu, Marina Tomas of Hilo, Margaret Tomas, Nellie Tomas of Honolulu, HI, Georgie Rabago of Hilo, Ronnie Higa of Hilo, Fifi Newcomb of Los Angeles and Lynn Newcomb of Hilo; and also Maui. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, numerous nieces & nephews.
