He is survived by: his wife Presentacion Martinez Mina of Pepeekeo, Hawaii; his children, Norante Mina of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, Elsie Manaday of Ilocos Norte, Evangeline Altamirano (Marte) of Manila and Emelyn Mina of Pepeekeo, Hawaii; and his brother Felipe Mina of Cagayan, Philippines. He is also survived by three grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
