Though Faith Bessie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her children, William "Billy" Chu, III (Lynnanne) of Hilo and Lei Chu-Dante of Las Vegas, Nevada; and her sister Elizabeth Mae Bryant of Honolulu. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Malia Puka O Kalani Catholic Church (326 Desha Ave, Hilo, HI 96720). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
