With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Frances Meyer Stevens (Hilo, Hawaii), born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii, who passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Norman Stevens (Pinky) of Ookala, Billy Stevens of Waipunalei, Charlotte Branco of Papaikou and Carol Niimi (Richard) of Mountain View; and her son-in-law Gilbert Fuke of Hilo. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
