She is survived by: her husband David H. Nakamura of Hilo; her son Scott Nakamura (Sonia) of Hillsboro, Oregon; her mother-in-law Chiyoko Nakamura of Hilo; her brother-in-law Wayne Nakamura of Hilo; her granddaughter Rian Nakamura of Hillsboro, Oregon; her uncle Takanori Nonaka of Gardena, California; and her aunt Harriet Nonaka of Hilo. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
