She is survived by: her children, Pelly Arurang, Jr. of Hilo, Dorothy Arurang-Perreira (Branon Perreira) of Hilo and Regina Arurang of Washington; and her brother Clifford Serrao (Elizabeth) of Panaewa. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
