We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Dionicio Ramos Jr. of Hilo, Hawaii, born in Papaikou, Hawaii. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Ramos of Hilo, HI, Renita Acosta (Dallas) of Kahului, Sandra Hunter of Texas, Donna Liggins of South Carolina, Linda Pokipala (Pomai) of Waimea, HI, Hanai, Felicia Alves of Honolulu, HI and Faye Kuheana of Hilo, HI; his stepdaughters, Geraldine Jenkins of South Carolina, Celeste Alves of Honolulu, HI and Myra Sawyer (Michael) of Virginia; and his sister Lorraine Medeiros (Robert) of Papaikou, HI. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren; numerous relatives.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dodo Mortuary Chapel (199 Wainaku St, Hilo, HI 96720). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM.
