He is survived by: his wife Janet Manley of Hilo; his daughters, Angela Toledo and Deanna Manley of Hilo; his brother Dennis Manley (Lois) of Tucson, Ariz.; and his sister-in-law Tuttles Manley. He is also survived by one grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
