He is survived by: his wife Lavaina Lindsey of Hilo; his children, Sui Lan Wong (Tyra) of Honolulu, Charles Lindsey, IV of Hilo, Charla Crabbe (Russell) of Waimea and Charlin "Hala" DeCoito (Tom) of Hilo; his daughter-in-law Mari Anthony of Hilo; his sister Kathleen Lilinoe Lindsey of Honolulu; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Kanakanui of Hilo and Norman Kaleo of Honolulu. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
