He is survived by: his parents, Richard Okinaga and Naomi Okinaga of Hilo; his siblings, Cory Yamauchi of Hilo, Brandee Agliam (Jay) of Hilo, Jennifer Canady (Kawena) of Las Vegas and Richard "Rick" Okinaga, Jr. (Shawnae Watson) of Peoria, Arizona; and his grandparents, Paul Yamauchi of Honolulu and Kiyoko Okinaga of Hilo. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
