He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Mendonca of Hilo; his children, Patrick Mendonca of Hilo and Raenelle Akiyama (Keith) of Hilo; and his siblings, David Mendonsa of Hilo, Priscilla Chung of Honolulu, Lorraine Veincent (Joseph) of Hilo and JoAnn Loa (Elia) of Hilo. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.
