He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Westphal of Utah and Pamela Westphal of Utah; and his stepchildren, Lorraine "Lori" Bugado Ornellas of Hilo and Richard Bugado (Cynthia) of Honomu. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
