He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foote Walter and Venna Crookston Walter; his former wife Connie Marshall Walter; and his children, Mary Ann and Thomas Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Terry K. Walter; his children, Sharie Clark (Mark), Diane Heagren (Larry) and Larry Walter; and his stepchildren, MiShell Shasteen, MaKee Anderson, Marla Spor (Milt), Chris Anderson (Terri), Monica Anderson and Richard Anderson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
