He is survived by: his wife Eugenie (The); his sons, Ray Oen (Evelyn) of Issaquah, WA and Ronald Oen (Lisa) of San Jose, CA; his sister Carla Mauri (Guus); and his grandchildren, Brycen, Cameron, Brennen, Dawson, Harrison and Helene. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
