It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trudy Mikie Merchant in Aiea, Hawaii, born in Lihue, Hawaii, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patsy Fujioka and Kanao Asaoka; her siblings, Iris Faria, Ardis Ueki and Mark K. Asaoka; her children, Renee C. Arapoff of Kenneth, P. K and Bryson W. Bukoski; her grandchildren, Kira La Chance, Christian La Chance, Krysti H. Bukoski, James K. Bukoski and Mason Bukoski; her great grandchildren, Zairie L. Bukoski, Zalea H. Bukoski and Zeeani Mikie Bukoski; and her husband David Merchant.
