“So very sorry to hear the news of the passing of Colonel Al. Met Colonel Al during my assignment to the 15th SPS, Hickam AFB, HI during the mid 1970s. A great friend who maintained contact with me long after my departure from Hickam AFB in 1979. My recent visit with Colonel Al and spouse Shirley was a few years ago here in Las Vegas at the Golden Nugget Hotel/Casino. Weekly email was our routine contact.
