She was predeceased by: her parents, Izona Stone and Frances Stone; her husband Virgil Brown; her daughter Janis Ervin; and her grandson David Hooper.
She is survived by: her son Virgil Brown; her granddaughter Melanie Windhorst (Eddie) of Zebulon, GA; her great grandchildren, Lydia Deel (Sully) and Noah Windhorst; her great great grandchildren, Everly and Brady Deel; and her brother Hugh Stone of Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
