He is survived by: his wife Penny Spillers; his daughters, Jennifer Fowler (Patrick) of Thomaston, Minnetta Spillers (Gary Ferguson) of The Rock and Heather Johnson of Griffin; and his grandchildren, Levi Jones, Harley Johnson and Leonard John Fowler. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
