She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene Reeves, Sr. and Lillian Tolen Reeves; her husband W. T. Buffington; and her siblings, Elizabeth Poole, Carolyn Buffington, Edith Huckaby, Millard F. Reeves, Joseph L. Reeves and Eugene "Buddy" Reeves.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Perry W. Buffington; her sister Mary Ann Brown of McDonough; and her brothers-in-law, Arthur J. Buffington of Milner and Freddie Buffington of Milner. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Due to recent outbreaks of Covid and influenza, protective face masks are required during the service.
