We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2021, at the age of 78, Carol Elaine Stephens of Zebulon, Georgia, born in Griffin, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Shivers and Vivian Brown Shivers; her brother Ronnie Shivers; and her daughter Regina Davis. She is survived by: her husband Larry Stephens; her children, Rhonda Frank (Johnny), Jan (Bobby Bigelow) and Deanne (Greg Akins); her siblings, Norma Smith, Linda Russell and Donnie Shivers; and her grandchildren, Andy, Kent, Emily, Todd, Brandon, Matt, Josh and Jonathan. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
