He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Theresa, Amanda and David; his daughter-in-law McKenzie; his grandchildren, James, Connor, Anna, David, Skye, Emma, Robert, Sam, Taylin and Abigail; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Ray Burkett; and also, Brian Burkett, Shannon Burkett Hendrix, Jennifer Burkett-Rutland of Texas and Ruth Smith.
