He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Lee Valentine and Emogene Louise Cleaves Valentine. He is survived by: his wife Myra Turner Valentine; his son Martin Wayne; his daughter-in-law Irene Valentine of Peachtree City, Georgia; his daughter Amanda Valentine Blackstone; his son-in-law Col. Stephen Blackstone of Warner Robins, Georgia; his siblings, Patricia Box of Denver, Renee Coombe of Salem, Connecticut and Roy Valentine of Lamar, Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Veronica Valentine, Jorja Valentine, Lilly Blackstone, Emma Blackstone, Amelia Blackstone, Lorenzo Zucchi and Rebecca Zucchi.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, private family memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 11th, 2020, at 10:00 a. m., at Sharp Memorial United Methodist Church.
