He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lawson Smith; his children, Kelly (Jeff Flowers), Natalie (Ian Bourne), Brent Smith, Hunter (Mary Katherine Sanders) and Mitchell Sanders (Erin Taylor); his brother Richard L; his sisters-in-law, Wendy Smith and Robin Foster; his grandchildren, James, Sam Flowers, Harrison, Charlotte Sanders, Griffin Bourne, Ayden and Carter Reynolds; and his nephews, Colin and Carl Smith. He is also survived by cousins and extended family and friends.
