She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay White and Elinor Puett White; and her husband George Darrell Shook. She is survived by: her sons, Darrin (Angie Shook) and Landon (Felisea Shook); her sister Jane; her brother-in-law Mark Taylor of Turtletown, TN.; her pet Sissy; her grandchildren, Brett (Jana Shook), Madison Shook (Forrest Long), Brienna (Brandon Baxley), Cheyanne (Colton Wood), Amber (Shawn Barrett) and Jacob Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Braelyn, Adreona Shook, Hadley and Sochan Long.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in Mrs. Shook's memory.
