James Steven Howell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Steven Howell of Young Harris, Georgia, born in Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Howell and Opal Decker Howell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Williams Howell of Young Harris; his daughter Cammie Howell Brion of Ducktown, TN; his brother-in-law David Williams of Marble; his aunts, Katharyn Howell Monteith of Bryson City, NC and Virginia "Jo" Decker of Baton Rouge, LA; and his close friend Steve Armstrong. He is also survived by many cousins and wonderful friends.
