He is survived by: his stepmother Lizzie Schaeffer; his children, Denise Huddleston (Wayne) of Dalton, Georgia and Gerald Todd Schaeffer (Sherry) of North Ft; his siblings, JoAnn Davidson of Somerville, Ohio, Kenny and Ronald Schaeffer of Sacramento, California; his half-siblings, Bernadine Rowe of Auburndale, Christy Mack, Clarence Schaeffer of Sacramento and Dean Schaeffer of Independence, Virginia; his grandchildren, Randy Schaeffer, Jimmy Schaeffer (Brianna), Jessica Schaeffer, Brandon Schaeffer (Jordon) and Stacy Hendricks; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Ellie, Jimmy Jr. Schaeffer, Isabella Hendricks, Mackenzie and Madilyne Schaeffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
