She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Miller and Mildred Genet; and her husband Paris Handy. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Deena Handy), Donn (Stephanie Handy), Mark (Robin Handy) and Danita; her son-in-law Paul Janson of Maryville, TN; her grandchildren, Tayha (Zane Smith), Stephen (Jessica Janson), Cody (Nathan Williams), Cary (Brad Bohacs) and Lloyd (Kathryn Handy); and her great grandchildren, Corbin Williams, Gabriella Williams, Beckham Smith, Levi Janson, Andi Janson and Lane Janson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Towns County Food Pantry in Dorothy's memory.
