He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Clarence Stinson; his grandmother Pruitt Stinson; his wife Ida Mae Stinson of Young Harris; his daughter Juanita; his son-in-law Sammy Hughes of Young Harris; his siblings, Fred (Phyllis Stinson), James (Peggy Stinson), Ted (Rayana Stinson), Judy Stinson of Chapasville and Trudy (Gary Baisden); and his grandchildren, Gene (Angie Vinez), Chris Vinesz and Sabrina (Randy Thomas). He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
