He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Osborne. He is survived by: his mother Blanche Osborne (Penland); his wife Sandy Leonard Osborne; his daughter Janice; his son-in-law Bradley Rocks; his children, Jeff (Chasity Springfield), Johnathan (Sarah Osborne) and April Osborne; his sisters, Cindy Pace and Lisa; his brother-in-law Mitchell Spoone; his brother Tony; and his sister-in-law Robbie Osborne. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren along with a number of extended family members and friends.
