He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Dills and Pauline Dills (Brown); his wife Necy Dills (Barlow); his children, Sally Belle Dills and JB Dills; and his sister Louise Lance.
He is survived by: his friends, Sally and Joe Varao; his children, Robert Lee Dills, Suzanne Kaye Dills, Tracy Lee Dills, Pauline Dills and Tina Marie Dills; and his sister Frances Bradshaw. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
