He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannin Kuykendall and Norm Silvey Kuykendall; his son Dale Kuykendall; and his grandson Braxton Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Viola Kuykendall; his sons, David Kuykendall (Glenda) of Young Harris, GA and Danny Kuykendall (Shanowa) of Young Harris, GA; and his siblings, June Watkins of Young Harris, GA, Nanette Weaver of Young Harris, GA and Bill Kuykendall of Hiawassee, GA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
