She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Phillips and Betty Paramore Boisvert; her husband Robert William McCard; her son Victor Cory McCard; and her sister Brenda Blount.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Ruffin (Stan) and Christina McCard; her sister Joyce Selsor (Gary); and her grandchildren, April Stevens, Brooke Holloway, Anna Henry and Ashley Weaver. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
