He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Thomas and Emma Kathryn Hoffer Frye. He is survived by: his wife Louise S. Frye; and his sons, Douglas Frye (Sherry) of Salisbury, MD, Russell Frye (Carolyn) of Loganville and Kevin Frye of Butler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
