He is survived by: his wife Luella Price Rowland of Dublin; his daughters, Mary Lou Rowland (Neal) of Dublin and Jane Carol Rowland of Statesboro; his grandchildren, Robert James Neal, Jason Chafin, Chad Roy Neal, James Roy Rowland, IV and Chris Rowland; and his great grandchildren, Alwyn Neal, Kyra Neal, Hannah Chafin and Connor Chafin.
