He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Price and Essie Lee Ivey Price; and his siblings, Dixie Hawkins (Louie), Wenfred Price (Betty), Wendell Price (Nadine), Billy Price (Jeanie), Junior Price (Nanelle), Ralston Price (Linda) and Gerald Price (Gladdis).
He is survived by: his wife Edna Williams Price of Sparta; his sons, Stan Price (Jovy) of Luthersville, Jeff Price (Faye) of Locust Grove and Stephen Price (Tammy) of Meansville; and his siblings, Jimmie Price (Lamar) of Wrightsville and Truitt Price (Dorothy) of Wrightsville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
