He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Wilburn Parr, Jr. and Letha McCoy Parr. He is survived by: his wife BJ Smith Parr of Wrightsville; his son William Parr of Wrightsville; his brothers, Steve Parr (Sheila) of Marietta and David Parr (Shannon) of Pawleys Island, SC; and his brother-in-law Kevin Smith (Kasey) of McLeansboro, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Richard N. Stanley Memorial Chapel (8580 S Marcus St, Wrightsville, GA 31096). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
