He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Evans, Sr. and Joy Smith Evans; and his siblings, Ben Evans, Jr. and Teresa Parsh. He is survived by: his wife Mae Carter Evans of Wrightsville; his daughters, Ashley Carter of Wrightsville, Heather Evans of Wrightsville and Chelsea Evans of Wrightsville; his goddaughter Angel Roberts of Wrightsville; and his sister Sherry Evans of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
